Sugar gliders were so much a fad at one time that we were completely bombarded with them when owners became overwhelmed with their little pets. At one time we had over 60 in our care, because owners allowed their gliders to breed continuously. Today we no longer take in sugar gliders, although we do try to help relocate them.
